TastefullyTipped Policies

Shipping & Processing

Processing takes between 1-2 business days since each set is crafted by hand and made-to-order. Once processed/created, shipping may take up to 7-10 business days, though packages usually arrive sooner. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

Custom sets are priced differently and are made custom for each client. Every finger will be sized specifically for that client. If you are ordering a custom FREESTYLE, you are only able to provide your custom sizes. Specific design requests will not be accepted. However, you can provide color requests or colors to avoid. You cannot choose the designs themselves. I also offer custom designs and re-creation sets. If you have a specific set that you’d like created or recreated, I am able to create that set for you in your custom sizes. Custom sets follow the same refund policy as standard sets. No refunds on sizing issues due to the size chart and sizing kits available. I do offer corrections for custom sets. If a design isn’t executed the way you intended, I will fix that specific nail that did not meet expectations. I will not correct the entire set unless the design is consistent throughout and did not meet expectations.

 

Again, these are corrections, not refunds. I will also require the original set to be returned if the entire set is being corrected, so please consider this in regards to timing if you’ll need your set by a specific date. If a single nail is being corrected, I don’t require a return. I also offer replacement/replica nails on custom sets. If you lose, break, or want a specific nail to be touched up, I will provide you with a replica of that nail for $5-10, depending on the design. There will still be a shipping fee to ship a replicated nail. Please contact me via email for custom sets or replica nail creations.

Returns/Refunds

Refunds and/or replacement sets will only be issued to clients who received a damaged/defective set. Damages and defects include: crystals and/or charms fell off during shipment, chipped or uncured gel paint or chrome powder, and broken nails. Sets that have been worn or applied will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Photo proof will be required and refund will be issued upon receipt of the return. Sizing issues are not eligible for refund due to size chart posted to website and sizing kits available for accurate sizing. You are responsible for return shipping costs, but will be credited free shipping on future orders or a replacement set. Please contact me via email to initiate refund/replacement and receive shipping credit.

 

All sets are final sale unless the above criteria is met. No returns are accepted unless nail set is damaged/defective.

Referrals

If you are an existing client and refer a new client to TastefullyTipped, and they place an order, you both will receive a $10 OFF coupon for your next orders. Both clients will need to contact me via email with the first and last name of the new referred client/existing client’s first and last name to receive this incentive.

Product Disclaimer

Sets that are short length may require different charms or adjustments to the design to ensure the integrity of the design. Some sets may not be available in short length due to design or shape.

Traveling Services

ALL SERVICES ARE TRAVEL ONLY. Travel fees are dependent on location with a starting point of $30 added to your service. The rates are as follows:

 

0-15 miles: $30

16-31 miles: $45

32-50 miles: $75

50+ miles: please contact to discuss. Travel costs and accommodations will be added to your total if a hotel/flight is required.

 

Travel fees and deposits are required upfront. The remaining total of your balance will be due at the time of your appointment.

 

There is a non-refundable deposit of $30 required to secure your appointment. This deposit is only refundable in the event that I have to cancel your appointment for personal reasons. Deposits can be transferred ONCE if you are no longer able to make your scheduled appointment. After the first transfer, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments. After the 10 minute grace period, you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. No shows may be blocked from future bookings if there is no form of communication or if I have had to cancel your appointment repeatedly due to being late. In the event that I am late for our appointment, you will have the option to reschedule at no penalty or have $10 deducted from the total of your service.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you are not satisfied with your set, I will offer to make corrections. I will not agree to a design if I’m not confident that I can execute it. After corrections are attempted, if you still are not satisfied with your set, I will soak off/remove your set and provide a full refund.

 

I require proof of cleanliness of your space before I travel to your appointment. You’re still able to book and I will contact you prior to your appointment to make sure the designated space is up to my standards. I will not work in unclean or unsafe environments. If I am not satisfied with the state of the space, I will refund your deposit and cancel the appointment. In the event that the proof provided does not match the environment once I arrive, your deposit and travel fees will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled immediately. You may also be blocked from future bookings for lack of integrity.
